Originally organized by friends of JERICHO including Vin Focosi, Mike Riley, Dick St. Onge, and Jack Kelly this hugely successful event has become a mainstay in both fundraising activities and golfing opportunities.

This much needed financial support for our daily operations and programming for people with disabilities, their families and staff are generated over the several months prior to the last Wednesday in June.  The collaboration and fun happens not just the day of, but at all the meetings prior. Our great appreciation to all present and past members of the golf committee who make this the most successful fundraiser for JERICHO every year.

Because of your support, JERICHO is able to provide support and services to all families living with different abilities centered around information and contacts throughout our region, as well as religious, educational, and social activities as a means to enriching individual lives as well as the entire family. Literally hundreds of families are part of our JERICHO Family, and all are so appreciative of this work

“This tournament feels different,” is the sentiment of most who play and these comments are widely shared throughout the day by all. When asked why exactly, each shared that they feel as if they are truly making a difference for people in their own community. Perhaps it is because we recognize and honor the work of an amazing caregiver, or a person who demonstrates love and compassion freely in their everyday lives, or that this tournament celebrates the lives of both Tony Strycharz and Fr. Robert Wagner – it continues as a favorite to all. Regardless, we are so happy to have this support and share the recognition.

JERICHO’s programs focus on providing religious, educational, and social activities that enrich the lives of persons with disabilities and their families.
